STAR 02, combined with our MARS line of the depowdering cabinets, offers state of the art powder recycling process. Cutting production cost by enabling the reuse of the metal powders.

• Pulse jet filter cartridge cleaning system
• Rotary valve for powder dosing made from AISI 316
• Vibrating sieve with ultrasonic cleaning for larger sieving capacity
• 40l big powder collection bin
• 10l waste powder collection bin
• Level switch in collection cyclone
• Load cell equipped powder collection bins for weight measurement
• Suction hose Ø 50mm
• Electro control box for controlling all function of machine
• 8" Color touch interface ÿ Easily moved by forklift or crane

• Inert suction atmosphere (only STAR02 paired with Addiblast MARS03 depowdering cabinet)
• Inert pulse jet cleaning system for filter cartridge (only STAR02 paired with Addiblast MARS03 depowdering cabinet)
• WiFi connectivity for smartphone, tablet and computer control (when connected to MARS03)
• Presets for different powders (Al, Fe, Ti,..)
