M3D machine

The M3D machines offer high quality grinding or polishing results and process repeatability that can never be achieved by manual finishing methods. M3D produce smooth surface areas on parts with complex external and internal contours and difficult to reach areas with complex and delicate features. The process can be easily adapted to the most fragile work pieces and once set up; it runs fully automatically. High performance, difficult-to-machine metals like titanium, nickel based or cobalt-chrome alloys - or non-ferrous metals as aluminum are successfully processed in the M3D machines. Large single parts of multiple smaller parts are processed easily.
